The Company has been managing community associations in Sarasota and Manatee Counties for five (5) years. The owner has been managing associations in these areas for nine (9) years. 100 percent of the company’s business is dedicated to managing community associations.

ACTION PLAN
A custom management plan is developed to serve the physical requirements of the property, the administrative needs of the Board of Directors, and the level of service requirements of the members with the assignment of an experienced
Florida Licensed Community Association Manager and the dedication of an experienced financial and administrative staff.
AVAILABILITY AND PROFESSIONALISM
Allure Property Management (“Allure”) will be available 24 hours daily. After normal business hours, weekends, and holidays, all emergency calls will be answered by our emergency answering service and then forwarded to our staff for follow up almost immediately. All non-emergency telephone calls are returned within 24 hours.
Allure is a properly licensed community association management company, which employs community association managers who are properly licensed in the State of Florida, with experience managing community associations.
Allure will provide a staff of professionals who have current information, are informed, and are qualified to assist with Association business. Staff will provide uninterrupted accounting services.
