Surveillance photos released in Sarasota CVS robbery | Business

SARASOTA, Florida -- The Sarasota Police Department has released surveillance photos of a robbery that happened Sunday at the CVS Store at 3709 N. Tamiami Trail.

The suspect is described as a white male in his 40's. He's 6'1" with a medium build and a shaved head. He was wearing a black t-shirt, shorts, and white tennis shoes when the robbery occured.

Police say the suspect implied he had a gun, however, no weapon was observed. He allegedly took cash and the cash register drawer.

After the robbery, the suspect reportedly fled in a white pickup truck that has a flatbed.
