Mother, child accuse relative of sexual crimes | Crime

Sarasota, Florida -- A mother and her child have accused a relative of sexual crimes against them.

Sarasota Police say the two have made allegations against their relative, 39-year-old Ernest Black. During an investigation into the sexual battery of the mother's 3-year-old child, she also came forward saying Black molested her 20 years ago when she was 9 years old.

Black was arrested for Capital Sexual Battery on a Child under 12 on July 17. Charges in relation to the molestation accusation have not yet been made.
