During their investigation, detectives identified Angel Gonzalez-Ramos as the shooter, who was also positively identified in a photo lineup by Fesyuk.

Gonzalez-Ramos was arrested at his home Friday night and is currently being held at the Charlotte County Jail on Attempted 2nd Degree Murder, Aggravated Assault with a Firearm and Shooting into an Occupied Dwelling.
