Man charged in Sarasota shooting incident | Crime

Sarasota, Florida -- Sarasota County deputies have arrested a man wanted in connection with a shooting incident in Warm Mineral Springs Thursday night.
Peter Fesyuk, 39, told detectives a man he only knows as "Angel" showed up at his home on San Luis Street just before midnight armed with a rifle and threatened to kill him. The two struggled and the man fled when Fesyuk got control of the weapon.
During their investigation, detectives identified Angel Gonzalez-Ramos as the shooter, who was also positively identified in a photo lineup by Fesyuk.
Gonzalez-Ramos was arrested at his home Friday night and is currently being held at the Charlotte County Jail on Attempted 2nd Degree Murder, Aggravated Assault with a Firearm and Shooting into an Occupied Dwelling.
